Is word of mouth good to grow an equestrian business?

We all love the feeling of a client recommending our services. It's like a pat on the back, a sign that we're doing something right. But relying solely on word-of-mouth to keep your equestrian business thriving is like trying to navigate a dressage test with blinders on.

A dissatisfied client will tell 500! ok, maybe that’s a bit of an exaggeration… But if you turn up late to treat a client’s horse, they’re going to tell everyone who’ll listen for the rest of the day. If you turn up on time, they probably won’t mention it…
