I teach you to build a stable business (no pun intended!) with predictable and consistent income. I teach you to put systems in place, meaning the business works so you don’t have to and ensure your service delivery is silky smooth and efficient!

I help remove the stress from business and marketing, I’m a qualified mental health first aider and put a huge focus on ensuring your business isn’t taking a toll on your mental wellbeing.

Who am I?

I’m Rhiannon-Amber, The Equestrian Business Specialist. Let’s clear this up. I’m NOT a business coach. (I’ll explain that later!) I’m a business consultant and mentor with passion for empowering, inspiring and challenging female equestrian business owners to get the most out of their business.

I’ve been a business consultant for around two years now and I’ve been specifically focused on equine businesses since September 2022.

I have over 25 years of experience with horses, working internationally with some of the world’s best horses and some Grand Prix-level riders, I studied at Bishop Burton College and hold numerous equine qualifications from being a a qualified instructor to cetifications in hoof care, bio mechanics and equine psychology.

I also hold a degree in business management, numerous marketing qualifications and certificates and I’m currently working towards a master’s in business administration…

I have seven years of leadership and management experience in a variety of industries from managing stable yards to complaints at a huge utility company to working in debt advice for a well-known and loved British debt relief charity and years of hospitality management experience.

But I never felt like I fit in. I’ve always been bold. I’ve always been myself and I’ve never really given much thought to who likes me and who doesn’t.
